Shipping Policy

The order will be shipped the next bussiness day after your confirmation payment.

Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holiday) from Bandung, Indonesia.

For domestic orders usually ship out within:
Sicepat Ekspres – BEST : 1-2 Working days
Sicepat Ekspres – REG : 2-5 Working Days

During the busy holiday season it may take longer to process your order

You’ll get an email with the tracking number maximum D+3 after your order has been shipped, and your tracking information can also be found by logging in your account and viewing your orders.

If for any reason an item does not work for you, all of our full price items purchased at are eligible for a full refund* or exchange at the same price item, within 7 days of purchase and you are responsible for all the return shipping fee. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached in order to be refunded or exchanged. Items purchased at 30% off or more cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and send us a picture of the damage or the incorrect item. We will provide a free exchange or full refund (exclude shipping) for defective items when notified within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
